Interest rates have been increasing from the second half of last year.  Now may be an excellent time to review the interest rate program you are on with a loan officer to determine if another program will lower your interest expense or lock your interest rate for a longer period to manage future interest rate risk.  Converting to another interest rate program is easy and we have waived conversion fees.
